Baldwin County is the fastest growing county in the State of Alabama. We are living in a dynamic and evolving community where we strive to maintain a safe place to reside, work and vacation. Public safety, resilience and support for our community are top priorities for Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency (EMA). It is this mindset of planning, preparedness, and mitigation that Baldwin County EMA, a department within the Baldwin County Commission, has provided this publication.
